Do not be fooled by the location which is the only positive of this property. My first morning, I tried to make coffee but the pot was defective and there was almost a fire. Smoke was coming out, horrible smells as the water was falling into the coffee filter and not the pot. I obviously unplugged everything. I could not reach anyone as no one is on the property, contrary to what I had been told and which is illegal. This hotel is not equipped for any kind of emergency (fire, flood, falls, leaks...) and if you need someone, you find yourself texting a call center in the Philippines which is completely unable to assist you. I was told someone was on their way (I assumed the person was in the elevator) but it took an hour and a half for a young man to come and admit that this was a very dangerous situation. There is also no security on the premises and with a code, anyone can enter. If you are concerned about safety/security, do not stay there!!! Also when I ran into cleaning staff, they were on their phones and when I asked them not to clean the room, I received a "No Ingles". I believe that this hotel is ready to endanger their guests by subcontracting their staff to the Philippines and even no to few people in the building and only during certain hours. This is egregious and extremely dangerous for guests. I am reporting them to the various agencies including the Att General as this is also illegal.
