Quite central hotel located in the outskirts of old town Malaga, but there are only a few bars and restaurants in the nearest vicinity.
At the risk of sounding more negative than intended, I list the reasons why this hotel is OK and NOT great:
Traffic noise: The hotel is situated in a VERY busy, noisy street and faces the central market (which is supplied with goods from early morning), and as the windows are very poorly noise insulated, you are bothered from noise all night!
Dubious towels: Though impeccable clean, some of the towels had holes and some were stained (sun oil?)
Replenishment: The forget to deliver new tea bags and to replace used cups, when used.
Interior design: The air condition unit was placed so it blew directly down on the bed (at a distance of 2 meters), meaning that you had to choose between the fridge and the sauna, as you couldn't sleep with the AC turned on, stupid!
Breakfast: The breakfast is VERY basic: There is only what needs to be, nothing else, and the bread is of a cheap, poor quality.
The staff is kind and helpful, but not very personal, you are just another tourist, not a welcome guest.
If you are forced to use this hotel (which I do not recommend), make sure to get a room not lower than on the third floor.
