The internet service was super pope and nearly unasable. The hotel room did nothave hot water, and i was offered a different room.
However - the key given did not work, and i went back and the receptionist scanned the keys again, and i tried again, it still didn’t work. This continued 5 times with keys didnt working and i gave up and settled for the room i already had - i would have expected the receptionists would have solved the problem differently than me, the guest, running back and forth.
A drivers license as ID was not accepted even though it was stated that it was. My companion was also asked to show passport - a drivers license for me, the booking party, has been sufficient on any other Motel 6 and other hotel I have stayed in.
The pool was dirty.
