Horrible stay. Staff was nice but that's where the good ends. Our toilet made a loud whistling noise when you flushed. I found bugs in the bathroom. The "accessible" tub was a joke. It had a metal bar that was attached to the side of the tub that had the wall on it, but apparently it had been torn off at some point because it was caked with very sloppy caulk. The accessible shower seat was a foldable plastic seat with metal on the ends. One of the edge where the metal was would hang from the metal strip that being attached to the tub. However, the other side of the tub, where there was no wall simply had these plastic strips that you sit on and they were not attached to the tub, so they were very scary and unsafe. The shower head did have a hose. That you could take down to use the shower head while city. However, it leaked all over the place and the shower head was not adjustable and very very poor water pressure. The second evening we were there, we got knocks on the door after eleven p m. It turned out the managers came to our door because my son was in the shower and it was leaking on the floor below, but when they came into our bathroom, they realized the leak must be internal, because our floor was dry. We asked several times if we should switch rooms. They would not switch rooms with us and we paid full price for a room that we could not use the shower. I complained at the front desk when I checked out.But they said there was nothing they could do
