can't complain about service, cause it wasnt there
We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. the reception was not busy at all. yet the receptionist is not doing her job. at all. When we are on our way to bed, we smell weed from the street. another guest is standing outside smoking. the receptionist did not have time to take care of this. my boyfriend therefore went out to her. I'm looking through the curtain from our window when a stranger suddenly unlocks the door! I was standing in nothing but my underwear, all alone late night (my boyfriend was down on the street..)
The receptionist had not registered our room!
I got dressed, my boyfriend returnere and as we go down to reception the only response was "i'm sorry" like she didn’t care - and she gave us a spray to get rid of the weed-smell..
We will never come back and would not recommend the place as this was not compensated or taken care of. we were shocked - especially me when I had been standing half naked at 11 PM and a stranger walks into my room!
