My wife and I stayed 4 nights. The room was roomy, t.v. worked, larger than average fridge.
They did not bring fresh towels, we had to go downstairs to the receptionist to request the towels..I also had to go downstairs twice during our stay to get our room keys reactivated( we were locked out)
The second time that we were locked out, we had dinner and packages and I had to leave my wife, locked out on the walkway..when I got to the front desk, no one was there..it was 8:35 p.m. Two other families arrived to check in, still nobody. My wife called and said she was cold, she went back to the car with food and packages.. still nobody..at 9:10 a young man finally showed up,
he looked high, his eyes looked bloodshot, he looked out of it..I was pissed but didnt yell, got his name and pointed out that we all were waiting for somebody for a half hour to help us, including an elder..
We paid good money for our rooms and to be left out in the cold, literally, was a bad experience. So no, I want people to be aware of the lack of assistance when you need it most.
