Our check in was late around 11 pm. I phoned earlier to request a room on the non freeway side.
Upon check in we got our room and the card keys didn’t work, for three different keys. Finally got another room after the night front desk guy couldn’t get the keys to work either. The original room was on the freeway side, which we originally requested to not get.
Night guy didn’t have a clue on questions we asked, specifically the trolley, breakfast spots, coffee in the lobby.
The morning crew was basically the same, don’t understand what good customer service is.
They also recommend a fly by night shuttle service of which they get a kickback.
On the plus side, it was quiet and close to all the venues in the Arlington Entertainment Center.
