When we first got the first room, they put us in after I had paid for an upgrade of a deluxe king with a sweet. I thought that’s everything I was getting. They walked me up to a double twin which the floor was wet the whole carpet so we had to go to a different room on a different floor. My room key had to be reset over 10 times the two days I was there I was locked out of my room numerous times I had to continuously reset my key and they did not offer room service or give me clean towels or anything unless I went down and asked for it. I had no service whatsoever
