Nice people, bad hotel.
We had a one bedroom suite. There was a microwave in a cabinet with no access to an outlet. There was a counter above a cabinet in the living room with a coffee maker on it, but zero outlets for the coffee maker to plug into.
We went to call down to the front desk and had a broken phone, so had to walk down and let them know. They came up with a surge protector, but then realized there were no outlets on the wall where the counter and cabinet were located for any of those items to be plugged in, so he was stumped about what to do, saying, "I guess you weren't meant to use the microwave or the coffee maker."
The next morning I went down, looking for possibly complimentary coffee (they don't offer any sort of complimentary breakfast) but they sold me drip coffee for $4 - didn't even give a discount for my own mug.
The bathroom had two sinks, a bathtub and a shower, but there wasn't a single towel rod or rack anywhere to be found. Absolutely no place to hang a hand towel or bath towel.
This was supposed to be a four star place and we paid quite a bit more to stay there over another hotel (that provides a full complimentary breakfast) we normally stay when down in Los Angeles. It was definitely not the right choice and we won't ever return.
