Overall ok
We overall had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms are big and clean and located ok for our needs.
That said. On the second night, btw with heavy jet lag, we received a call in the middle of the night from the lobby asking us to turn down the music. When I’ve asked what music, the person just hung up. No apologies, nothing.
We were at that point sound asleep with our 5 year old, when we received the call. And after that awake for several hours. Not ok! When I’ve asked in the lobby the day after they informed that some kind a mistake had happened and apologised. Didn’t really give me my lost sleep back.
We paid for a room expecting to be able to sleep. I think some sort of compensation for a mistake made by them would have been in order.
