In a 5 night stay, only had proper heat for 1 of them. At check in, first room had no heater- and thermostat on the wall hissed when I touched it. Second room had not been cleaned yet, third room had a poorly functioning heater. They moved me on night 2. 4th room also had a poorly functioning heater. They fixed it on my last day, so I had heat the 5th night of my stay. Front desk staff the night of check in was rude, and acted like I was being unreasonable not wanting to stay in a room with no heater, or a dirty room. Moving forward front desk staff was very nice & helpful. Unfortunately the property is old, and not being maintained. It's very rundown, and red lion should take their name off the property.
