The receptionist, particularly a lady, was very friendly and helpful.
When I entered in, I found some hairs in the bathroom. Water went very slowly from sink, which was cleared once I complained this the next morning. The hot water adjuster didn't work and the water was either too hot or cold. I didn't complain this.
I stayed for three nights. Housekeeping was terrible. I don't think they did anything other putting the bedsheet and pillows right every day. They don't replace coffee/tea. They don't replace soap. They don't even clean used coffee cups. However, the receptionist is helpful to provide the replacements when request is made. I don't think they vacuum the carpet. However on the last day of my stay, all these were done rightly after I seriously complained the poor housekeeping to the receptionist.
The reception is open from morning to 10 pm.
Save for the above, the room was nice and pleasant. For the advice reasons, it was not a value for money deal, as rooms were available around the same price in the vicinity in standard hotels.
