Booked this for 2 days based a the relatively good reviews and photos. However, it was immediately clear the hotel has been left to poor management.
The public areas all show signs of significant wear&tear such as loose panels, damaged walls and pealing paint. The situation in the rooms get worse with ripped carpet, spotter fabrics, broken tiles etc.
Service wasn’t much better. Our room wasn’t cleaned the first night, and when we called house cleaning the call went unanswered multiple times. Called front desk to ask for clean towels only to be told to come down and fetch them.
Gym was small but ok, however, no towels, or cups available for the water dispenser.
Overall this felt like a budget hotel rather than a Hilton.
