TL;DR - mold literally by your head for sleep, poor service from the airport shuttle guy, standard breakfast, great location.
We picked this location based on the location and access to a complimentary airport shuttle.
Upon arrival at the airport I contacted the hotel for pickup as indicated. The shuttle guy called me and started yelling about where to go. When I got to the space outside where there were literal 100s of people waiting for shuttles and pickup he just kept yelling “white van!” Well obviously but there’s dozens of white vans!
When we finally found him not even against the curb but rather in a center lane, he wouldn’t allow us to load our own luggage as he wanted it organized by stop (fair). But he stacked the other couple’s against one side and ours against the other with a huge gap between and st the first corner all of the luggage toppled over onto each other - no consideration for contents.
Then while waiting for another group he had the music blasting and would pull the phone from his ear to yell into the phone unclear instructions about where to meet. Finally he said “you’re not here so I’m leaving” and hung up.
Additionally there was mold on the lampshades, bathroom walls, etc. and the shower door was broken.
The hotel check in was smooth enough. The elevator felt sketchy but wasn’t the worst. The food was not poor or great. Just fine. Loved access to the port and Denny’s. Though their port shuttle cost more than an Uber.
