Room 401 was quiet, clean, large, with good shades and good beds. The desk is a bit small and has too few outlets. The big problem for us was that one of us needed to work for three hours from the hotel on a video (Zoom/Teams/Meet) call. We do this every day from multiple locations around the world, and have generally no problem. At the Viceroy, the video connection dropped at least 15 times during those three hours, markedly disrupting our work. We complained to the hotel but they were not able to fix it and it appears their IT support is poor.
