Big self-service and very touristy all-inclusive hotel.
Food really average and you should book their restaurants days ahead to get a seating here, even they are only half full, meaning you can’t try much in few days, only “allowed” to try their buffet.
Therefore don’t trust all the restaurant options they promote, you will be very limited.
Not much service or help to get either, only if you want to buy something for extra, like a tour or club membership.
Reception can’t or won’t help much besides checking in, everything (like booking an extra room) you have to do yourself online.
The Spa was quite ok, some staff from restaurants and bell boys are kind and smiling too, but mostly staff seams tired and without any passion for their work.
Service in breakfast really slow and almost non existing as staff are more busy talking to each-other.
Had several rude experiences with reception
at this hotel, no one really cares about you, guests aren’t much appreciated here, as they seem to come in big numbers anyway!
Beach and pool are fine, but expect self-service almost everywhere.
Because of many factors I find this hotel very disappointing and would never come back here again, simply waste of time and energy,
Can’t recommend anything here, except the Spa, you can get much better for same money elsewhere!
