The room was always missing amenities, and the housekeeping staff is af bunch of unprofessionals. I paid for a suite at a four star hotel, and had to keep accounts of what was missing in the room and what was not. I have for three days in a row, multiple times a day contacted the reception regarding the missing amenities and a room that need cleaning. I even went to speak with the hotel management, that assured me that I would be contacted by mail by the General Manager, who would treat my complaint, and haven't heard a word, even though I have reached out myself. I feel like I have paid for nothing. Why would anyone choose a suite in an expensive hotel, to do all the work on their own? On top of the terrible service, the manager insisted that I should pay my roomservice bill of silly 25 dollars, before he could handle my complaint with the General Manager.
