Is this really radisson?
Since it was with the Radisson group we expected a high standard, but found a sloppy hotel, where the level of communication and service was lacking to a degree that made us laugh. We tried 4 (sic) times to book a airport shuttle, but never got a confirmation and ended up with a taxi. That was just the beginning of a complete lack of service - when we came down for breakfast one morning our dinner plates from the evening before were still left dirty on the table. and we could go on with stories like this. weird they are a part of radisson or maybe that's just the new radisson standard?
