Really nice looking hotel, and good breakfast.
Unfortunately there was too many things that was not so great, and not to be expected from a five star hotel.
One out of two spot lights in the bathroom was broken, which made the shower section quite dark, and despite mentioning it several times in the reception, who promised to send someone to fix it, it was not fixed during our 4 night stay.
Despite having renovated the hotel recently, the window in our room was very thin, and hardly dampened any of the noise from the street outside.
There was not blackouts curtains in our room either, so the room was completely light very early in the morning, which did not comprehend well with the late night noise.
When we arrived there was only a half full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and no spare ones. We thought that they would fill it up the next day, but that didn't happen, so we ended up having to ask for more in the reception so that we wouldn't end up running out.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not that good either. When we arrived in the room I noticed a dead fly on the floor next to the wall. It was very easy to spot, so I left it to see if they would remove it at some point, but they never did.
Also the hallways was definitely not cleaed often enough.
So even though the hotel was looking really fine, there were too many errors/faults for a five star hotel, or any hotel for that matter.
