Being There > Getting There
For an all-inclusive resort at the rate we paid, it feels silly to have any complaints. The beach area is expansive, the staff is wonderful, the food is at the average level for all you can eat fare, and it rarely feels too crowded.
There are some things to take note of. On thr livelier nights, tou hear everything outside the window and outside the door. The room design is...curious. These rooms are made with couples and singles in mind. There is limited privacy for a shower and almost none for taking a bath. If you are sharing a room with a friend instead of a partner, it can get awkward at times.
The major issue we had with the resort was noth about being there, but getting there. We filled out the form for the shuttle but never received a confirmation. Trying to confirm between the hotel and shuttle company was arduous as best. My companion was not on the list and even when I was on the list, they said they didn't have space for me. Not the way to start the trip, but once we got there, it was a great experience, even with inclement weather. I would recommend.
