Cool hotel with friendly staff
Generally a cool hotel with big apartments and friendly staff.
Transportation to the hotel:
We booked transportation through the hotel’s preferred partner because we knew we could trust it, but there were some issues anyway and way to pricey as well.
- 156 USD vs. 80 USD price we found online
- “High quality” = No - it’s normal quality
- Didn’t know the address of the hotel
- Didn’t know that we already paid deposit
- Didn’t want to take card even though it was communicated to us
- The ATM didn’t work so they had to figure out the payment through PayPal
‘Premium Apartment’ at the hotel:
We made a reservation for 4 people, but the apartment was only “ready” for 2. So we had to make them bring towels, pillows etc.
2 people needed to sleep on the sofa bed - which we of course knew - but it was impossible due to the noise of cooler, so I wouldn’t recommend that.
Several things were missing after we read the description again. Some was fixed after we complained but others weren’t:
* bathrobes
* hairdryer
* slippers
* Electric kettle
* 250 mbit internet (not existing/slow)
* Free water on bottle
The last was only 1 bottle per person the first day. If it said “free breakfast” in the description I would think it was everyday and not only the first day. I would recommend to change the description.
Service / Staff:
the staff was really helpful and service minded. Helped us with everything and a big applause to them.
