Few complaints about this place, clean, good location, large enough rooms. Only issue is that the walls are very thin and you do hear a fair bit of noise from other rooms. But for the price for a few nights, it was great

A simple yet excellent stay. The room was clean and well stocked with all you’d expect, with a spacious bathroom and lovely Juliet balcony (some have full balconies). A lovely warm welcome, and great communication from the owners. Close to everything relevant in Pisa, as a visitor, but far enough away from the tourist chaos. I would happily stay again.

Fantastic location and nice and clean hotel
Had a great stay at Gialel Pisa who is in the perfect location just 7 mins walk from the Tower. My friend and I shared a twin room with an external private bathroom - but it was very clean and just outside our room. Also we had the most beautiful balcony - which we used a lot. The staff doesn't speak much English but they were very welcoming and helpful - so can only highly recommend.

The room was very comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a short walk from everything in Pisa. We had someone running in the Half Marathon and they were able to walk to the starting line and go home for a shower afterwards. We stayed in this place for five days and wouldn’t do it any other way. The room is spotless and spacious, perfect for a family of three; the location is excellent. You can walk to restaurants and shopping, a few minutes to the Leaning Tower, and walk to the train station. The lady and the gentleman who run the place are very accommodating and always pleasant. I would stay here again if we went back to Pisa.

This property met all my expectations! Gialel Pisa is very near the Piazza dei Miracoli where the Leaning Tower is located. A mere 6-minute walk is all it takes to marvel in the beauty of the spectacular monuments of Pisa. Moreover, the room that we stayed in is very clean and very spacious. A big plus is the wonderful and working AC which is a big deal after spending the whole day under the sweltering heat of the sun. The front desk staff are very welcoming! Highly recommended!

Bed was very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen - it sparkled! Ideally placed near to Leaning Tower and railway station a 20 minutes walk. A coffee shop is literally 10 feet from the front door. Numerous good quality eateries in the immediate vicinity. The couple who manage the rooms are very friendly and helpful. Great location for anyone with mobility issues, everything you may need is very close.
