Before I booked, I confirmed if I would be able to check in early. I was told, as long as rooms were available, it should not be a problem. Guess what - when we reached there, they denied giving us early checkin without paying for an additional day. We had to wait for their ego to be satisfied and were finally given rooms later in the day. When we reached the rooms, the keys did not work. This almost happened always all the time, not just with us, but with a lot of other guests.
One of the rooms AC was not working, and it took them more than 3+ hours to attend and finally move us to a different room. There were times when the elevators won't work and there was no one to repair them for hours. We had to step up more than 70% of the times and unfortunately our rooms were located on 4th floor.
Their breakfast is a joke. The time it ends is 11am. At around 10.30 milk was out, so we asked the server to get us some more, and he said that its almost time. I told him that there still time to which he responded - "by the time we bring it, it will be 11". The spread also does not have much to offer.
Any other service that you need is chargeable. The only time they move is when they can charge for it.
We were so furious that we had asked for the manager, who did show up to address our concerns. He assured that things will get better and to make it up, he would refund 1 nights fare for both the rooms we booked. I have a letter that states that as well, however no Refund yet. FRAUD.
