Service was amazing, extremely nice helpful and polite, and efficient. Happy to advise on areas of interest and any support needed during our stay. Some of the nicest and most personable customer service experiences I’ve had to date.
Our room was changed free of charge for a nicer view, however this meant each morning the cleaners tried to enter our room assuming it’s empty and did enter when we forgot to lock the door.
Despite this they were polite and accommodating despite us knowing little french.
As we added an extra date after our booking, when we arrived it was supposed to be added but on the last night our cards were deactivated and so we had to go to the front desk who were more than happy to help and added our night. So despite the awkwardness the quick and friendly support from the staff made this a two minute problem.
The cleanliness of the room however should be improved. For the price the room was spacious, well lit and functional and compared to some of paris boutique hotels was miles better. But dirt in the corners of rooms, no bin liner in bins, stained mattresses and overall subpar cleaned rooms really hindered the experience.
There are no amenities, no extras and some things like lifts were out of order and for the price this is absolutely acceptable, but cleanliness especially for such high turnover of guests, should be a priority.
But otherwise lovely experience would stay again if bringing my own cleaning products.
