No cleaning crew?
I would say that if not close to the port and reasonable priced, I would not come back (but I usually do, as there's not other options in the area). The service is OK, though the idea of quick check-in is similar to everyone else's normal check-in. And one thing to remember, a smile goes a long way...
BUT the cleaning and regular maintenance of the hotel and rooms are laughable! The bed is made, but I think that's it, when it comes to cleaning. No wiping of surfaces or vacuuming. I even did a test; lay a piece of paper (for the bin) on the floor - when I came back, in the evening, the paper was still on the floor and still dust on every surface.
The breakfast is on par, but again a smile goes a long way.
