When we arrived, a man greeted us but he did not speak English at all and could not communicate how I was supposed to pay or what the facilities were. We didn’t see a staff member after that for several days so there was no one to ask questions. We needed bottled water for the room but didn’t know how to get any from the hotel and we also weren’t sure how to pay since the man that greeted us didn’t speak English . Literally everything in the room was broken. The towel rack feel down immediately, the air conditioning didn’t turn on, even the hangers and side tables were all broken. The breakfast was just one piece of bread and coffee, which was very disappointing. We weren’t even sure how to check out so we just gave our room key to the lady serving breakfast. The lack of staff was all very strange.
