Much better than expected.
When we arrived at the hotel we did not have the highest expectations, but we were welcomedkindly be the staff.
We were shown the hotel room at 3rd floor and we were impressed. The room was clean, new and compared to the hotel standards in turkey i would say it is more than 3 stars.
Because we were the only ones staying at the hotel in the beginning the breakfast was composed of a plate with different cheases, jam and meat and a cup of tea/coffee which was completely satisfying.
The staff are helpful and they speak english fluently which is great.
The overall experience is that this hotel is serious and professional and it does offer more than it has promised and the comfort was higher than expected and the location was much better than expected. Near the metro, near sultanahmet, near the ocean.
Would i stay at this hotel if i visited istanbul one more time in the future? Without any doubt i would do that.
Do not be afraid of the few ratings. The hotel is worth more than every single penny paid.
