Great staff - great value
It was a very pleasant stay. Me and my girlfriend stayed there for two nights in the beginning of July.
The room was great value for money, though the bathroom was very warm and the power of the water in the shower was low, but minor details. They gave us a room right next to the reception but there was no window and you could hear the people in the reception with the door closed. We went outside to ask if there was another room available - before we said anything the very nice owner asked if we wanted a room upstairs instead - did not charge us extra, might have been cause of low season.
The staff was friendly and let us borrow bicycles to go to Hoi An for free - we went both nights. Hoi an is by the way a very beaut and nice city, especially at night. They also helped us getting a bus back to Danang
Free breakfast which was nice - on the 2nd morning we ordered a banana pancake besides the free breakfast - they gave us the pancake for free as well
It is a 2 min walk for the beach - the restaurant across the road let you use their sun beds and parasols for "free" - we bought drinks their because we felt we should compensate - the owner at the restaurant later on kind of bullied us into buying lunch there. It was expensive and not very good, don't buy food there.
All in all it is a nice place to stay on a budget with a nice and helpful staff
