I did not have a good experience. I found that the photos of the property were misleading. The whole parking lot and walking past many of the rooms smelled like skunks, if you catch my drift. Checking in was ridiculous. The lady at the desk was very insistent that no one was going to be helped until 3pm. She left us all in the lurch until another lady clocked in to work with a lobby full of guests while the first lady grabbed her purse and then shoved through the crowded lobby leaving the new employee to handle us all by herself. Beyond lazy and unprofessional. The room I was put in, when you step into the shower, the flooring underneath is caved in and crumbling. You do not feel safe because there’s no where to step where you feel supported and comfortable to shower in ease. The shower head is set up to where it makes it leak out the tub easily, the shower curtain is too long and you step on it which feels gross. I brought up the shower flooring underneath is giving way to the front desk and they’re aware of the issue but explained that it’s how it settled when installed. Y’all are moments away of a disaster when the tub cracks, you’re going to have an injured guest if you continue to ignore the issue,m. She said they’d have to block off that room and the room underneath to get it fixed, well yes!! Small price to pay rather than millions in a lawsuit if you get sued from an injured guest. Take care of your guests safety and take care of your property.
