Nice and quiet location, away from noise and crowd. Great concept in general, but there is tone of room for improvement:
1) fix the listing:
a) please upload real pictures, not those from the renovated unit;
b) this property is not on the beach (you have to cross the main road);
c) it's not a sandy beach;
2) do something about the fumes from the water heater entering the bathroom;
3) pool lining is way to rough;
4) not enough cookware in the unit (one sauce pan and that's it), nespresso machine would be nice;
5) some wishful thinking, like: covered parking spots, reopen the beach bar and bring back platform for entering the water, unit entry from the ground floor, on-site shop (water and ice cream would be enough)... etc.
