The check in time is 2:00 PM but we waited almost 2 hours because the hotel staff said, "the room is not ready" & their reason is they are busy! :( We booked the hotel 1 week ahead of time & it was fully paid yet the room is not ready. We booked a family room with 3 single beds but they put us on a studio type with only 1 bed. We requested another bed but they charged us per night for that request. The hotel staff promised us to be transferred to a family room on the second day as what we booked but it did not happen until we check out. We check out & we transferred to another big hotel. Upon check out, they let us pay for second bed plus the buffet breakfast in which we booked a family room with breakfast included already. Horrible!!! Plus they let us pay the little leftover foods we bring in the hotel from outside, really??? This is horrible!!! We called many, many times, long distance call & the hotel staff hang us up for a long time, passing the call from person to person. When we call for just asking a simple question, you will talk to 3-4 different people until your question be answered. When we call the reservation, they confirmed its ok, everything will be fine, we don't need to pay additional for the second bed, we don't need to pay for the buffet breakfast because its already included in the amount we fully paid online when we book the family room.
