Thank you for the most Professional service during our 2 weeks stay!!! The best service by Terese, Amanda, Livia, Dennis , Vincent and Sonoka. We were supposed to stay only 3 nights but after having such great service we cancelled the other hotel and stayed the whole time at the Elite Park hotel! We will always stay here and have and will recommend this hotel!!! Small comment/suggestion: some guests stay a bit longer like us, perhaps breakfast should have more variation like different eggs, pancakes , etc Once again Thank you!!!

Nice hotel and good value for money
Excellent and quiet location, superb breakfast, very good service and nice personnel. The only complaint is the key card. We had to recode key cards 4 times during the 4 nights staying. In old days, this was a common issue with card dysfunction when e.g. having the card in a pocket next to phone. I have not encountered the same issue in other hotels in many years however. But overall this was not a big issue. I would use Elite Eden Park again.
