When we arrived, a lovely lady was at the reception and was very helpful and kind. The service was also okay on the other days. The most odd experience was their rule to leave your keys at the reception whenever you left the hotel and ask for them back when you wanted to enter your room. I’m sure the intentions for this are good, but I would recommend the staff to reconsider this policy in regard to the feeling of safety, especially for two young women in a room. It did not make me feel very safe having to say our room number out multiple times a day, in front of other guests, staff, and whoever, with no verification necessary when new staff were working.
Our room was very small, and the cleanliness and state of the interior and furniture were nothing to be impressed by. Our bathroom door could barely close. Furthermore, you could hear neighbors very clearly in their rooms and hallway, which was not very nice.
The facilities were okay considering the price, but I definitely won't be going back or recommending it to others.
