As a local, returning home after more than eight years, I was disappointed from the rudeness from the front desk staff and un attentive of the workers in the restaurant. What’s more disappointing and embarrassing, I flew down with a few auditor employees coming across the mainland to audit ASPA & our only local hospital. As these folks recognized me, they approached me and voiced a concern about the front desk female being very rude & non accommodating when asked about the shuttle service to the airport. I approached and asked the young lady for a shuttle ride to the airport and she immediately called the driver and notified me it will take another 10mins wait. Shuttle came and I immediately alerted the group to hop on. They were pleased but the sound of their frustration of how they were first treated and told there’s no service to the airport. The last shuttle was 8pm local time. I was a bit obscure;( My personal experience of rudeness was when I came down to ask for a blow dryer, iron and ironing board. And the lady looked at me, crazy & the tone of her voice was very not very professional nor supportive. The restaurant workers were probably under paid cause they had me wait with my nieces for more than 35 minutes before she noticed we were sitting there. Mind you, I have been calling her over our table while she was walking in and out from the kitchen.
