Never again.
We had been looking forward to staying at this hotel, as we had a good stay there a few years ago.
But things have changed to the worse. No one of the staff takes any responsibility.
We have had a bad experience.
When we checked into our room we noticed that two lamps were faulty/defect and that the floor was dirty. We informed the reception. They hurried to clean the floor and then not much else.
At 2:00 AM suddenly some other loud guests were trying to get into our room - as the reception had somehow assumed that we changed rooms due to our complaint. This was really a bad experience and it was pure luck that we had put the chain on the door - or they would have walked right into our room.
We have never tried something like this before.
Hotel reaction was that this was unfortunate and they were sorry and a small compensation.
We cannot recommend this hotel anymore.
They made several other mistakes and housekeeping more or less skipped our room once too - and we had to get keys 2-3 times because they messed up.
Also, the room got really humid - one could turn on the noisy ventilation or open the window (highway nearby) - either solution would prevent you from sleep.
