Not what we expected
The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it just wasnt a fit for us. We had booked 2 nights and left after the first one.
There is staff present at all hours, but unfortunately, the English speaking staff wasn't there when we needed it. After our first night the lock to out room broke, and we couldnt lock our room door when we left. They did fix it while we were out, but having english speaking staff in that situation would have been nice.
The entrance to the building is from street lvl where we were immediatly met with the steepest stairs we have ever seen, and a bunch of trash just lying around. Outside our room door was 10 to 15 full trashbags when we arrived, and our room smelled strongly of cleaning products and smoke. Through the night, it sounded like they were vaccuming in the building every 30 minutes until very late at night/early morning.
It wasnt horrible, just not for us. We found something else that was bigger, better and cheaper for our second night
