Awful property manager
I never arrived. This was the worst experience ever to communicate with this hotel. i unfortunately had a dental emergency in thailand, and was not permitted to fly for several days. Lyf never returned my calls or responded to messages either via email or through the hotel.com app. several days in advance to my scheduled arrival. After several attempts at requesting my dates to be changed by 2 days they refused (i even was prepared to pay a fee) and said it had come through hotels.com and it had to be done through them. This Apps customer service team where excellent, This hotel ignored there messages as well, until i called the hotel again requesting them to have some professionalism and stop lying about not receiving messages and phone calls and respond. Hotels.com have been excellent in there attempts. Lyf have been nothing more then awful and a stain on their brand. Lyf refused to change my dates, when they easily could have done (they had rooms available) or offer a partial refund or credit. They ignored me. i consider they stole my money. i will be providing a more detailed report to their corporate head office. It is worth noting that a recent experience with this brand in Melbourne was truely amazing. But this property manager in Malate out of stupidity and greed deserves not to hold their position.
