We stayed in a 3-bed room. We had asked for 3 single beds, and that was the only service we got, other than cleaning and towels. Despite that stated on their web page, they will help guests book tours, receptionist rejected every question we had and just pointed at the tourist brochures in a rack. Simple questions like; Do you know a good sight seeing bus trip, they refused to answer, though busses stopped outside hotel. The stairs were dark and filled with dirty big stains, the room had fresh stains of dog excrments or chocolate. When we asked them to remove it, they promised to have a look, but without result. Cleaning lady actually kept beds and tiny bathroom clean, but struggled against the old nasty carpets, receptionists and managers, who should be fired on the spot for their ignorant attitude. Their defination of service for four days only consisted of handling the key over the counter. Location good for Metro and cafés, but close your windows to sleep at night, since all windows face the traffic. Stars should only be one star.
