Very nice, clean and roomy serviced studio with private balcony and lovely views of Medellin. A little out of the way, but very easy to order nice taxis through the reception. There is a nice little cafe on the ground floor, which serves adequate (microwaved?) Colombian breakfast. Just an 8 minute walk to a nice, big mall through a park (safe during daytime). There is a very good restaurant on the 5th floor of Blue Suites. The food is really nice, the views are wonderful and you can also order their tasty food through room service, via whatsapp. The waiters are friendly and professional. The staff downstairs in the reception are also very professional and helpful.
One key draw back, though, is the lack of soundproofing. You can hear nearly everything going on in the neighbouring room to the side, where you share a (locked) door. It nearly feels like you are in the same room, as you can follow each other’s conversations. In our case, we were woken early both days there, by an active family with a toddler. From our studio on the fourth floor, we could also hear quite a lot from the restaurant’s service area.
