The hotel has some great features, but the overall experience was underwhelming due to poor customer service and professionalism.
Pros:
• The hotel was clean and well-maintained.
• The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
• Rooms were spacious, with good temperature control.
Cons:
• Check-in experience: The process was confusing. Initially, the staff insisted on a physical passport copy for check-in, but then suddenly changed their stance and said a copy of an “Adhar card” would suffice. This lack of consistency was frustrating.
• Breakfast issues: The next morning, we were told we weren’t on the breakfast list. When we provided proof, the staff just took a random screenshot of our booking, which didn’t even have the hotel name on it. This raised serious concerns about their integrity and process.
• Unprofessional pressure for reviews: Room cleaning staff asked for an immediate review while cleaning, which felt intrusive and inappropriate.
• Lack of customer focus: Overall, the staff seemed to lack the training and understanding to ensure a seamless and professional experience for guests.
Final thoughts:
While the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, the lack of professionalism and customer focus leaves a lot to be desired. If management improves their processes and staff training, this could be a much better experience.
