I want to mention that all the receptionists in this hotel treated their guests exceptionally well. From when we arrived until we checked out, they extended their hands to ensure everything went smoothly. I had issues with our tour agency a couple of times, and I spoke very little Spanish; they called and resolved my concern. I want to thank Alondra, Patricia, Jhomora and Alvaro. It made our journey unique and memorable. Our cleaning lady in Piso 3 was amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't know her name. She did an excellent job. This hotel is close to Plaza Murillo and local eats. We would stay again in this hotel. The only problem is the heater; we have a problem operating it, and the heat comes out very little. I have to ask Patricia or Jhomora to fix our heater in the room. They have breakfast every morning from 0700 to 0930 in Piso6. They have cereal, bread, eggs, cakes, Juices, empanadas, coffee and teas.
