Everything looked promising at first, but I was very disappointed with both the room size and the reception service. We booked a limited sea view room for 2 nights and then upgraded to an unlimited sea view for 3 nights. Shockingly, the so-called “unlimited sea view” room was half the size of the limited view room and actually offered less of a sea view. When I raised this at reception, the staff member was dismissive and instead of resolving the issue, tried to upsell me to an even more expensive room.
Paying more to receive less—and then being treated poorly when pointing it out—made the whole experience frustrating and not worth the money. Definitely not what I expected, and overall a bad experience.
