EMPLOYEES CAN'T BE TRUSTED, Never come back here!
We have stayed for 5nights. On the third day i left my sling bag after the breakfast around 9:24.
Luckily, they employee (woman) from the breakfast room found it at 9:30 but then the other employee (man) delivered at the reception first around 10:30 ish.
I was happy and thankful when I got back my sling bag from the receptionist. BUT then I felt strange when i found because they were re-arrange!.The bag includes, cardholder and small pouch with jewelries(watch, pandora bracelet &gold bracelet).IT WAS NOT THE SAME AS IT WAS AND THEN I FOUND OUT MY GOLD BRACELET WAS MISSING IN THE SMALL POUCH.
They were two employees working at the breakfast room and I was suprised it took them over 30minutes to handover my bag at the reception.
To think that my ID were re-arrange, they should have reached out or call our room immediately. They have the list of names listed for breakfast.
The hotel manager don't want to admit that one of their employees spend time and did check out my things and took the gold bracelet. It was OBVIOUS because after they took the bracelet they put the small creditcard holder in a different place.
We did check all the video cameras but the bad thing was there were only cameras where guests eat their brekfast and in front of elevator. BUT No cameras at the employees desk/kitchen at the breakfast room and neither in the stairs.
Im EXTREMELY disappointed with the situation where you lost your valuable things INSIDE THE HOTEL but not in the CITY!!!!
