Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Yoo Casino Las Vegas from January 4 to January 6, 2026.
From the moment I arrived, I faced significant inconvenience. There was no proper assistance with luggage, and I was forced to request a vehicle to transport my bags. Even so, this process was extremely difficult and time-consuming. To make matters worse, I was required to leave my personal identification (RG) at the front desk as a guarantee, which I found inappropriate and uncomfortable.
Upon entering the property and my room, I immediately noticed that the environment was dirty and had an unpleasant odor, which greatly affected my first impression and overall comfort.
The most frustrating issue occurred when I requested housekeeping service. I specifically asked for clean towels and basic room cleaning. Unfortunately, the housekeeper never showed up. As a result, I had to clean and organize the room myself. To obtain clean towels, I had to personally ask a different housekeeper who was passing through the hallway — she was very kind and helpful, but this should not have been necessary.
This experience was far below acceptable hospitality standards. Due to the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unnecessary inconvenience, I do not recommend this hotel. It is truly disappointing, as my expectations were not met in any aspect.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the quality of service offered to
