We looked forward to a few days near the beach. And the location was to-die-for. But that's about it... We arrived late due to a cancelled flight and informed the hotel by phone about the delay. But when we aerived our booking was cancelled. Fortunately they still had a room for us, however it was not ready at all when we entered. Lacking towels for 3 persons and bedding for 1. The partial ocean view is only visible if you look through a mirror or stand in one corner of the room. The breakfast is what deducts most stars: there is seeting for like 30 people, but approx double the amount of people eating at the same time. People had to bring food to rooms or eat at floor! The buffet closes at 9.00 - not taking any que to the buffet into account. We had been waiting in line for more than 20 min when all food was removed. When we asked then to keep the food for a few more minutes, they said they had to remove it due to strict rules from management. With this location the hotel has so many opportunities to be great - but fail completely due to poor management, low service level at counter and bad breakfast serving.
