We think that overall it was a good experience due to the great location, nice rooms, good breakfast and hotels good condition.
However, the service and the staff does NOT reflect the hotel’s standards. The staff could use some (more !?) training in how to greet guests, attitude, effectiveness and even cleanliness - we found make up marks on the bathroom door and used underwear in the closet when we got the room..
Moreover, with the late check in at 15, we were informed that our room was not ready and that we had to wait to be ready after a check in progress that involved standing in front of the reception desk for 45min. The staff either solved other customers’ issues or simply did not know what to do and how to communicate that…
