Would not recommend staying here. There are homeless sleeping right in front of the hotel. The “Top view” bus tour people are right out front and harass you exciting and entering the building. There are fridges in the room that you CANT use. They stated it’s a mini bar but they retired the program in 2020. However, if you put things in there and take them out, you’d be charged. Front stated that they could bring you a separate mini fridge but it’d cost you $20. I’ve NEVER in my life paid for a mini fridge. Even in a motel the fridge is free. And if it isn’t, it’s included in the cost of the room. The heat in my room did not work the first day. Maintenance came out to fix it and it still wasn’t working. I requested them to come again the first night and they never came. It took TWO days for my room to reach 73 degrees. Mind you, it’s WINTER. The drinks are ridiculously priced. And the “kitchen” where you can get food is subpar. Not to mention you’re about to pay about $40 for a continental breakfast that you can get at the Hilton. Plus side, you get a $35 credit to use at the bar or the kitchen, but it almost pays for nothing when everything is so expensive!! I’m used to paying more for things, have travelled to Westins all over the world, this was the most expensive trip. Oh yea, front desk didn’t give WiFi passcode upon check in, had to call and figure that out. And they didn’t tell me how much they’d put a hold on my card for incidentals. Great location, but there’s better.
