Be Live Collection Canoa - All Inclusive

We had a wonderful time at Be Live Collection! The employees were very friendly and helpful! Yesca at the coffee bar was very pleasant and spoke great English! Carmen was our housekeeper in building 16 and she was sweet as can be! When we first arrived our room wasn’t the cleanest! Fridge was filthy on the outside, shower wasn’t the cleanest either. Hotel is old and could use some updating. We had a master suite ocean view with VIP privileges which was nice! The VIP bar and pool area was beautiful and had the best drinks! There were plenty of Restaurants on the Premises to choose from. We loved the Japanese, Brazilian and the Mexican! The buffet was just ok, everything kinda taste the same, but decent! The landscaping was gorgeous and the resort was the biggest that I’ve ever stayed at! So you will get your exercise! All in all we did enjoy our stay here and plan to be back! Beautiful grounds and helpful staff but the rooms @ VIP needs some updates.

love the place whenever I go to DR. I stay in live be canoe the staff is very friendly the hotel very clean had different events and the buffet very varied the food exquisite. I hardly recommend it. Thank you so much to all the staff make my vacations special and wonderful. 🙏🙏🙏

Everything was ok , could be much better , take singles or money in small denominations because no one want to give you change , the people associated with the activities are not actuality member of the staff , boats example and the service is not the same you are meat for them,the staff at the hotel is good every single one smile .Dominican time is 2 hours later

Property was beautiful, rooms and other areas need upgrading.

We liked the layout of the property and the small ponds. What we found unpleasant were the restrooms in the VIP beach area and the market area either had some toilets not working or other toilets clogged which my wife had to bring to their attention. My wife found a cockroach on the toilet seat which I killed but tgen were worried there may be more in the room that we were going thru all our clothes to ensure none had gone into our clothing or shoes. Fortunately, we did not find any but as you can imagine it left us very uneasy. Again, my wife did mention this to the staff. With respect to the food at the main buffet area some of the food plates (warmers) were either very hot while others were tepid. No consistency with the food temperature.

The hotels accommodations were nice. Room was spacious and clean. Food options were plenty, something for every one. Just make sure to make reservations if you want to have dinner in a restaurant other than the buffet. Beach was clean and gorgeous, did not get a chance to use any of the aquatic activities included. We got the VIP package as an upgrade for booking through hotels.com, that gave us access to the VIP pool and bars. I would highly recommend getting the VIP package as otherwise the drinks in the regular all inclusive are not good (just the beer). Great experience overall. Would definitely be back.

The food and drinks quality is not the best on this hotel. Is too bad that non of the two dishes I asked for at the Mexican restaurant were tasteless. Breakfast just OK.

Staff was helpful and generally tried pretty hard. Beach was not great. Food really hit and miss. Without the VIP bracelet the drinks are terrible, just "generic brand" liquors.
