I had just drove 14 hrs to get here. Shower wall had long black hair on it. I forgo the issue, but when i pulled the comforter off the bed, there were multiple strands of hair on bed sheets. Pillow cases were just sitting on the bed as well. I called the front desk to switch me to another room. He couldn't bring me the key to the other room, so i had to get dressed to go down to get the replacement room key. I said i want to be compensated for the inconvenient. He said he understood, but will have to talk to the manager. When i spoke with the manager the next day, the manager loudly argued with me and refused to offer any kind of compensation. His reasoning is it human error to which i told him its not a customer's problem that his hotel made the error. When i said i had to pack my things to move to a new room, he argued i could have came down to get a cart. DO NOT STAY at this hotel. They even reuse the sleeves for your key card. Elevator has a sign that say ice machine on 2nd and 4th floor. Its only on the 2nd floor. My shampoo tube was 1/2 full which also means its USED!!!
