Friendly and warm stay with my dog
I was travelling with my dog to hike around the area. Very friendly staff also with the dog, wich is what I value most. Extremely nice the staff at breakfast (excellent food and cooking with local delights).
Though was very confusing -even tricky- when booking the info about the non existent SPA yet.
For the last two nights had an issue with the TV and its possibility to connect to the phone/laptop what it causes me two days lost of work. I have booked this hotel specifically for that possibility so I could check work files in th screen. The reception staff at that moment was not helpful but very useless when it came to solve it (asked about the issue 3 times; been told the problem was only with my room after checking in other empty ones BUT didn’t offered me to change room).
But I had a nice stay and so my dog which is what matters to me the most.
